Young Creators Camps Details:
Age Group: For young people aged 7-11 years.
Dates: 24th - 26th June 2024 (Three-Day Program)
Program Overview:
Day 1 (June): Focus on costume creation and outdoor place-making.
Day 2 (June): Dive into storytelling and character exploration.
Day 3 (June): Engage in puppet-making and create your own play!
Location: Backbone’s venue, Seven Hills Hub at 28 Tallowwood St, Seven Hills QLD 4170.
Cost & Registration:
Three-Day Registration: $250 (includes lunch each day; BYO snacks)
Single-Day Registration: $150 per day (includes lunch; BYO snacks)
Sibling Discount: Available

Meet the Lead Facilitator: Martelle Simon-Green Martelle Simon-Green, a Meanjin-based theatre maker, will lead the camp. With extensive experience in theatre direction and performance, Martelle is passionate about nurturing young creators' imagination, creativity, and collaboration skills.
Facilitator: Maisie Crosdale Maisie Crosdale, an emerging theatre-maker and performer, brings expertise in physical and visual theatre to enrich the camp experience.
