Calling all aspiring performers! Our Week-Long Annual Audition Workshop is back, and this year, it's bigger and better than ever! Hosted by the prestigious Queensland Academy of Excellence in Musical Theatre (QAEMT) at the Queensland Performing Arts Centre (QPAC), this intensive workshop is your ticket to success in the world of Musical Theatre.
DETAILS:
Workshop Dates: Choose between June 24th - 28th, 2024 or July 1st - 5th, 2024.
Location: Queensland Performing Arts Centre (QPAC), South Brisbane.
Cost: $540 per participant.
APPLICATION PROCESS:
Submission Deadline: Monday, May 27th, 2024 (5:00 PM).
Audition Requirements: Submit a recorded film audition showcasing your singing, acting, and dancing skills.
A 2-minute cut of a song (must be from the musical theatre canon) that showcases both your singing and acting skills
A Jazz dance, not exceeding 2 minutes
Application Review: Offers will be made to successful applicants by Monday, June 3rd, 2024.
Payment Deadline: Successful applicants must pay the workshop fee by Monday, June 17th, 2024.
