DANCE THEATRE: Bahala/o - Metro Arts

19 Nov 2025

Season: November 19th - 29th, 2025

Title: Bahala/o

Presented By: Metro Arts

Genre: Contemporary dance‑theatre / performance art

Synopsis: Two distinct performers, one pedestal fan and a whole lot of rice. Bahala/o channels the Filipino philosophy “bahala na” (“whatever happens, happens”) as it unpacks the layered realities of living between cultures. Set in a dream‑like rice world, this work merges bold movement, diasporic storytelling and striking imagery to invite you into a multiverse of identity, ritual and surrender.
