Synopsis: Hannah Rae’s The Yashky Complex offers a chaotic night of comedy and bittersweet reflection as estranged sisters Eb and Danny begin eavesdropping on the romantic entanglements of their quarrelling neighbours and the mysterious motives of a tenant living upstairs.

Directed by Bella Hall and brought to life by Vault Collective, this sharp and heartfelt new play asks what it really means to trust, to love, and to start over.

Vault Collective, founded by Bella Hall in 2025, is an initiative to provide agency and paid opportunities for Brisbane creatives looking to showcase their talents in industry-quality productions. The Yashky Complex is their debut creative project, developed collaboratively between Rae and Hall.
