Synopsis: Betsy lives happily on the island of Helium with her balloon-making family until the world turns against balloons. Forced to start again in a faraway city with her eccentric inventor uncle Hercules Snark, Betsy discovers a new problem: it never stops raining and the city is beginning to sink. A rambunctious modern fable told through original music and illustration.
