Synopsis:It’s Christmas in the middle of a heatwave. December 2025 in France sees three flatmates struggling to stay afloat—broke, anxious, and just trying to hold onto their favourite holiday ritual: the annual foie gras marathon. But when their rent skyrockets, they’re forced to confront harsh truths about their reality and the absurdity of a world that’s losing its humanity. Should they adapt to the chaos… or join it?

Du foie gras sous le sapin is a sharp, fast-paced and irreverent original French-language play that explores modern existential dread with biting humour, absurdity, and warmth. Performed entirely in French with English surtitles projected above the stage.
