Synopsis: What if Juliet didn't end it all over Romeo?
Created by the Emmy Award-winning writer of Schitt's Creek, & Juliet flips Shakespeare's classic love story on its head, imagining a fresh beginning for literature's most famous heroine. Leaving tragedy behind, Juliet embarks on an empowering journey of self-discovery, friendship and second chances, proving there's plenty of life after Romeo.
Featuring an irresistible soundtrack of chart-topping pop anthems from legendary songwriter and producer Max Martin, including Since U Been Gone, Roar, ...Baby One More Time, Larger Than Life, That's The Way It Is and Can't Stop the Feeling!, this vibrant musical is packed with humour, heart and unforgettable music. This Queensland Conservatorium production showcases the next generation of Australian musical theatre performers, with all current Bachelor of Musical Theatre students appearing in the production and third-year students performing the principal roles.
