Title: Tootsie

Presented By: Beenleigh Theatre Group

Synopsis: Based on the hit comedy film starring Dustin Hoffman and ranked among the American Film Institute’s “100 Years…100 Laughs,” Tootsie is a Tony Award-winning musical featuring music and lyrics by David Yazbek and a book by Robert Horn.

Michael Dorsey is a talented actor with a reputation for being difficult to work with. Desperate for employment and determined to succeed, he disguises himself as actress Dorothy Michaels in a last-ditch effort to land a role.
