Synopsis: Celebrate the 150th birthday of French composer Maurice Ravel with a vibrant and whimsical recital of his most beloved vocal works. Performed by soprano Katie Stenzel, baritone Camilo Lopez, and pianist Alex Raineri, Ravel 150 brings to life fiery coloratura, charming character songs, Spanish flair, and lush harmonic textures. The program also includes pieces by Ravel’s contemporaries and inspirations such as Debussy, De Falla, Poulenc, and more, in an intimate evening of operatic and art song gems.
