Synopsis: The Bodach Boys follows an Irish-influenced Cockney gang made up of WWI veterans, led by brothers Michael and Tadgh Murphy in Whitechapel, London, 1936—just 18 months before WWII. The ambitious and charismatic Tadgh’s rise as a leader is fuelled by the attentions of a naive woman, Lorelai, while his older brother, Michael, grapples with the unpredictable violence of fellow veteran Cas. Their gang is threatened by a cunning and relentless Police Inspector, bent on clearing the streets of Whitechapel. As Tadgh’s ambition and Michael’s mounting stress pull them in different directions, tensions escalate within the gang. Will they survive the Inspector’s tightening grip, or is their fate sealed?
