Synopsis: Brand New Ancients is a powerful contemporary work by poet and playwright Kate Tempest that reimagines Greek mythology within the lives of ordinary modern people. Blending spoken word poetry with theatrical storytelling, the play explores themes of family, identity, violence, love, and the search for meaning in contemporary urban life.

Presented by TAFE Queensland acting students, this production showcases emerging performers tackling a bold and emotionally charged modern classic.
