Synopsis: Set in an English country manor in 1932, Death By Design is a clever “mash-up” of Noël Coward’s sharp wit and Agatha Christie’s intricate murder mystery plots. Playwright Edward Bennett and his actress wife, Sorel Bennett, retreat to their country home after a disastrous opening night. However, unexpected guests—including a politician, a socialist, a dancer, and more—arrive with long-hidden secrets. When one of them is murdered, Bridgit, the quick-witted Irish maid, takes it upon herself to solve the crime.
