Synopsis: Judy and Johnny are 1950s enthusiasts who have taken their role-playing to an extreme. Johnny’s traded in meal prep and laundry for foot rubs and cocktail hour, while Judy’s exchanged her modern life for darning and dusting. Their home, filled with mid-century knick-knacks and the aromas of home cooking, is their nostalgic haven. But as the 21st Century keeps creeping into their lives, with Johnny’s new boss, the realities of living on a '50s budget, and Judy’s mother (who actually lived through the era), their retro fantasy is tested. Can Judy maintain her idealised 1950s lifestyle amidst the pressures of the modern world?
