Synopsis: Set on L.A.’s famous Sunset Strip in 1987, Rock of Ages follows Drew, a city boy from South Detroit, and Sherrie, a small-town girl, who both head to Los Angeles chasing their dreams of fame and love. Their classic romance unfolds amid the rebellion at The Dupree Room, a legendary rock venue under threat from developers.

When Drew gets his shot at stardom and rock bad boy Stacee Jaxx arrives in town, the future of the Dupree Room hangs in the balance. As dreams rise and fall, Drew and Sherrie must find their way back to each other—and discover whether music can save the day. Packed with iconic ’80s rock anthems, this is a feel-good celebration of love, fame, and friendship.
