The 24-Hour Play Challenge hosted by the Beenleigh Theatre Group (BTG) at Crete St Theatre promises an exhilarating experience for actors, writers, and directors alike. Performance Date and Time: July 26-27, 2024 Social Event: Starts at 6:00 PM on Friday, July 26 Challenge Start: Officially begins at 7:00 PM on Friday, July 26 Public Performance: Saturday, July 27 Performance Location: Crete Street Theatre, Cnr of Kent, Crete St, Beenleigh, QLD Challenge Overview: Objective: Create a brand new short play within 24 hours in response to a surprise stimulus. Teams: Participants will form small teams to write and rehearse their plays. Categories: Open to actors, writers, and directors. You can express interest in any of these roles when applying. Age Limit: Participants must be over 16 years old by July 26, 2024.
